I'm at work so can't log on.

My initial thought would be to reload/reinstall Java.
Also if you google 'Minecraft java error' lots of examples of error messages with possible solutions pop up.

I suggest the placement of a large box somewhere in the vicinity of world spawn which would be marked "Free Stuff - Please be considerate of Others".

Our more fortunate and established members of the Realm might voluntarily stock said chest with a few stone implements, food, torches, or other misc items which newcomers might find useful.

Being somewhat of a isolationist (ok, not quite bad) I definately do not want players to have the ability to find me so easily. 
On the other hand, it sounds great for the mods/admins to have the ability to greet visitors from the back of a dragon.
Again, allow players their privacy.

So I had 17 minutes this morning to break a few blocks before heading out for work.
Was I ever surprised when I broke a block and it said 'Your mining skill has increased by 1".
Yippee!  I am a big fan of McMMO, was very happy to see it.

Introductions / Hi Folks

I am Muddle, sole surviving member of the Lost Old Folks Tribe.
I tend to muddle my way through the world of minecraft with no cause or purpose,  loving every minute of it.
The solitude of the wilderness beckons, thusly I have little use for the hubs of civilization.

RL I am from the arid lands of Central Texas.   Besides Minecraft the wife and I enjoy the outdoors (hunting/fishing/RV camping) ATVs, and running around with the grandkids.
I am an expert in removing cactus spines from my legs, stepping in cowpies, and finding every snake that I am not looking for.
